Is it worth buying vitamin complexes or will it be enough to eat fresh vegetables and fruits, which contain many useful substances? Almost every person asks himself this question from time to time. But it becomes most relevant in the cold season, when there is less sun, the days become shorter, and a person becomes drowsy and excessively tired.
However, the fact is that many healthy fruits and vegetables are seasonal. And purchasing them out of season is an expensive pleasure. It is much easier (and more economical) to take ready-made pharmacy multivitamin complexes: each pill (tablet, capsule, powder packet, etc.) will contain a daily dose of all necessary microelements. Which complex to choose depends only on everyone’s personal preferences. According to customer reviews, Biovital multivitamins have proven themselves to be quite good. These are exactly what we will talk about in this article.

Symptoms of acute intoxication after taking 1 g of iron per day: hemorrhagic gastroenteritis in combination with nausea, vomiting, pain in the epigastric region and subsequent circulatory collapse, acidosis and general blood coagulation disorders.
Therapy: induce vomiting, perform gastric lavage, and take measures to ensure blood circulation support.
A bicarbonate or phosphate buffer is used as an antidote; according to indications, Desferal can be administered. Repeated monitoring of serum iron levels is required. Over the course of several hours, there will be a decrease in blood clotting.

Concomitant use of other multivitamin preparations is not recommended.

Before starting to take Biovital, it is recommended to consult your doctor.
Impact on the ability to drive vehicles and complex mechanisms

With regular use of this product, there is an improvement in overall well-being and mood, stabilization of the emotional state and strengthening of the body's defenses (almost half of people say that they get sick less often after using Biovital).
This effect is explained by the content of ascorbic acid in the composition of the drug, which has an immunomodulatory and protective effect.
People with heart disease noted that their shortness of breath disappeared , pain and tingling in the heart area began to bother them less, and their heart rate stabilized (while taking other medications).
An improvement in the functioning of the nervous system was noted by almost two-thirds of patients who took Biovital for at least a month: their depression disappeared, it became easier to fall asleep (the sleep itself became deeper and of higher quality).
