- Hypervitaminosis A - diarrhea, decreased vision, bone pain and headache, hair loss, stomach pain, vomiting, enlarged liver; in children under 1 year of age – increased cerebrospinal fluid pressure and protrusion of the fontanelle;
- Hypervitaminosis D – vomiting, thirst, increased daily amount of urine, ossification of soft tissues, urolithiasis and cholelithiasis;
- Hypervitaminosis B6 – neurological symptoms (staggering when walking, loss of sensation in the limbs);
- Iron overdose – nausea, vomiting, symptomatic gastric ulcer.

Overdose

Biovital can cause changes in the color of stool (due to the presence of iron, stool turns black), which is not a threat to health and does not require discontinuation of the drug. Urine may appear bright yellow due to the presence of riboflavin.
