Directions for use and dosage

Multi-Tabs Intensive should be taken during meals with water. If necessary, you can split the tablet in half.

The daily dose for adults and children over 12 years of age is 1 tablet.

Drug interactions

Multi-tabs Intensive should not be taken simultaneously with other complex vitamin preparations, in order to avoid overdose and hypervitaminosis.

Multi-tabs teenager

Multi-tabs Teen is a set of vitamins, macro- and microelements for use by children and adolescents aged 11 to 17 years. The action of the complex is determined by the effects of its constituent components. Retinol is necessary for the normal processes of growth and development. Strengthens the body's resistance to bacterial and viral infections. Supports visual function. Eliminates the damaging effects of free radicals. Cholecalciferol performs a protective function in relation to bones, protecting them from fractures, incl. caused by a decrease in bone mineral density. Tocopherol is an effective support for the immune system. Thiamine is involved in the metabolism of lipids and carbohydrates, synaptic transmission. Riboflavin is an important participant in metabolic processes; without it, the formation of the iron-containing protein hemoglobin is impossible. This vitamin maintains the normal condition of the skin and promotes tissue restoration. Pyridoxine is used by the body in the formation of neurotransmitters. Cyanocobalamin deficiency leads to damage to the nervous system and disruption of hematopoietic processes. Nicotinamide improves the lipid profile, reducing the level of “bad” cholesterol, regulates the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract, and has a mild sedative effect. Pantothenic acid is involved in important biochemical processes, accelerates wound healing, and is one of the parts of the immune system involved in the formation of antibodies. Folic acid deficiency negatively affects the formation of protein compounds and hemoglobin. Ascorbic acid increases resistance to bacterial, viral and fungal infections, participates in the formation of glucocorticosteroids and thyroid hormones, activates the formation of the structural protein collagen, and normalizes the lipid profile. Biotin is an integral part of enzymes that control the metabolism of proteins and lipids and is involved in gluconeogenesis. Phylloquinone is an element of the coagulation system, as well as the bone protein osteocalcin.

Calcium is essential for healthy, strong bones and a normally functioning nervous and muscular system. Magnesium is necessary to maintain the contractile function of the heart muscle. Iron deficiency negatively affects hematopoiesis, which increases the risk of anemia. Zinc is used in the formation of red blood cells and sex hormones. Copper is an indispensable participant in vital metabolic processes. Manganese is included in several enzyme systems involved in biochemical reactions. Chromium is involved in the production of insulin. Selenium is a strong antioxidant that neutralizes the destructive effects of free radicals. Iodine is a component of thyroid hormones and regulates the functioning of the brain and central nervous system. Single and daily dose – 1 tablet. The optimal time to take it is with food or immediately after a meal. The vitamin-mineral complex is well tolerated by patients. In rare cases, allergic reactions are possible. The acquisition of a bright yellow color in urine while taking the drug is not a cause for alarm: this is a consequence of the presence of riboflavin in the complex. This effect is not clinically significant and disappears immediately after stopping the drug. Diabetes mellitus and individual intolerance to gluten and lactose are not a contraindication for the use of the drug. Taking the drug is advisable during periods of increased mental (passing exams, preparing for tests) and physical (intensive training cycles) stress, recovery from acute and chronic diseases, and also as a means of ensuring normal growth and development of the child’s body. Multi-Tabs Teen is not used in case of individual intolerance to one or more active components, as well as in case of excessive accumulation of retinol and cholecalciferol in the body. The drug is not used in children under 11 years of age.

Side effects

Riboflavin may cause urine to turn dark yellow.
In rare cases, while taking Multi-tabs Intensive, allergic reactions may occur due to the patient's individual intolerance to the components of the drug.

When using Multi-Tabs Intensive, urine may acquire a bright yellow tint, but this phenomenon is completely safe and is due to the effect of riboflavin included in the drug; discontinuation of therapy is not required in this case.
