Description of pharmacological action

Omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. D-glucosamine sulfate and N-acetyl D-glucosamine ensure the structural integrity of cartilage tissue and are the main components of synovial fluid. Chondratin sulfate A and chondratin sulfate B are components of the formation of connective tissue, inhibit the processes of bone tissue degeneration, and play the role of a kind of lubrication of articular surfaces. Normalize metabolism in hyaline tissue, stimulates the regeneration of articular cartilage. a-tocopherol (vitamin E) has an antioxidant effect.

Indications for use

Inoltra is recommended to be taken as a dietary supplement with a general strengthening effect and as an additional source of vitamins C and E, omega-3 and omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, manganese, glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate.

The dietary supplement maintains the elasticity and resilience of cartilage, improves the functional state of the musculoskeletal system, inhibits the processes of degeneration of cartilage tissue, promotes the regeneration of intra-articular fluid and cartilage, reduces inflammation and relieves pain in the joints, prevents the development of autoimmune diseases (including rheumatoid arthritis), therefore applies:

  • For the treatment and prevention of chronic inflammatory and degenerative joint diseases: spondylosis, spondylitis, arthritis and arthrosis;
  • To speed up the recovery process and to prevent complications after sports injuries.

In addition, Inoltra, according to clinical studies, allows you to reduce the dose or even completely eliminate the use of NSAIDs, thereby reducing the number of gastrointestinal complications.

Pharmacological action Biologically active additive (BAA) to food. Anti-inflammatory, chondroprotective effect. Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Glucosamines (D-glucosamine sulfate and N-acetyl D-glucosamine) provide the structural integrity of cartilage, forming microstructures that give cartilage strength and resist pressure. They are the main component of synovial fluid, which lubricates joints and allows them to move smoothly and painlessly. Chondroitin sulfate is a structural molecule present in large quantities in cartilage. Belongs to the group of glycosaminoglycans - modified sugars. Promotes water retention in cartilage, which is very important for its shock-absorbing function. Has an anti-inflammatory effect. Eicosanpentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosanhexaenoic acid (DHA) suppress autoimmune reactions and reduce swelling during joint inflammation (including rheumatoid arthritis). Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) has antiproliferative effects. Ascorbyl palmitate (a highly effective fat-soluble form of vitamin C) in combination with vitamin E exhibits antioxidant properties and protects polyunsaturated fatty acids (EPA, DHA and GLA) from oxidation. Manganese aspartate is involved in the absorption of chondroitin sulfate and also increases the activity of mitochondrial superoxide dismutase.

  • Manganese aspartate. This substance helps the absorption of glucosamine and increases the elasticity of connective tissue.

Regular use of Inoltra helps normalize joint function and reduces the severity of pain in patients who have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis.

Method of use of the drug

According to the instructions, Inoltra should be taken thirty minutes before meals. The drug must be taken with plenty of liquid. The frequency of administration is three times a day.

A single dosage of Inoltra is directly dependent on the patient’s body weight:

The medicine must be taken with water

Overdose occurs extremely rarely, only if a person does not follow the recommendations. If you feel unwell, you should consult a doctor.

Pharmachologic effect:

Inoltra improves the functional state of joints, promotes the regeneration of cartilage and intra-articular fluid. Reduces the risk of inflammation.

  • Glucosamines (D-glucosamine sulfate and N-acetyl D-glucosamine) provide the structural integrity of cartilage, forming microstructures that give cartilage strength and resist pressure. They are the main component of synovial fluid, which lubricates joints and allows them to move smoothly and painlessly.
  • Chondroitin sulfate is another structural molecule found in large quantities in cartilage. Promotes water retention in cartilage, which is very important for its shock-absorbing function. Has an anti-inflammatory effect.
  • Eicosanpentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosangexaenoic acid (DHA) are essential omega3 fatty acids contained in the drug, they are substrates for the synthesis of anti-inflammatory prostaglandins (PG1 and PG3), and substrate inhibit the synthesis of inflammatory prostaglandins (PG2). They have an anti-inflammatory effect, reduce swelling in arthritis, especially rheumatoid arthritis. Restrains autoimmune reactions that cause arthritis.
  • Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) is a polyunsaturated fatty acid obtained from borage extract. The body's use of these fatty acids helps it fight inflammation and pathological tissue growth.
  • Vitamin E is an antioxidant vitamin. It helps the body fight free radicals that damage cells and tissues of the body, including the synovial membrane lining the surfaces of the joints. In addition, supplemental vitamin E is useful for autoimmune diseases, including arthritis.
  • Ascorbyl palmitate is a highly effective fat-soluble form of vitamin C. The combination of vitamins E and C is extremely effective in protecting fatty acids EPA, DHA and GLA from oxidation.
  • Manganese aspartate - ensures the structural integrity of cartilage, participates in the absorption of chondroitin sulfate, increases the activity of mitochondrial superoxide dismutase. Necessary for the synthesis of chondroitin sulfate from glucose. This form of manganese has excellent bioavailability.

Directions for use and dosage:

Adults 3 times a day, at least half an hour before meals, with water, in an amount depending on body weight:

  • if you weigh less than 68 kg, one capsule;
