Compound
One tablet of Spascuprel contains 30 mg of colocynth extract (Citrullus colocynthis D 4), 30 mg of ammonium bromatum (Ammonium bromatum D 4), 30 mg of atropine sulfate (Atropinum sulfuricum D 6), 30 mg of white hellebore (Veratrum album D 6), 30 mg magnesium phosphate (Magnesium phosphoricum D 6), 30 mg Virginia jasmine extract (Gelsemium sempervirens D 6), 15 mg passionflower extract (Passiflora incarnata D 2), 15 mg Agaricus muscarius D 4, 15 mg chamomile extract (Chamomilla recutita D 3), 15 mg copper sulfate (Cuprum sulfuricum D 6), 60 mg aconite napellus D 6.
Inactive excipients: 1.5 mg magnesium stearate, the required amount of lactose to obtain a tablet weighing approximately 302 mg. 1.1 ml of injection solution contains 1.1 mg of colocynth extract (Citrullus colocynthis D 4), 1.1 mg of ammonium bromatum (Ammonium bromatum D 4), 1.1 mg of atropine sulfate (Atropinum sulfuricum D 6), 1. 1 mg hellebore (Veratrum album D 6), 1.1 mg magnesium phosphate (Magnesium phosphoricum D 6), 1.1 mg Virginia jasmine extract (Gelsemium sempervirens D 6), 0.55 mg passionflower extract (Passiflora incarnata D 2) , 0.55 mg Agaricus D 4, 0.55 mg chamomile extract (Matricaria recutita D 3), 0.55 mg copper sulfate (Cuprum sulfuricum D 6), 2.2 mg aconite napellus D 6 . The instructions for use define the drug “Spaskuprel” as a homeopathic medicine that has a pronounced analgesic, antispasmodic and anticonvulsant effect. In addition, this remedy has a characteristic sedative effect.
Description of the pharmacological action of the drug
The antispasmodic drug “Spaskuprel”, the price of which is about two hundred and twenty rubles, belongs to the pharmacological group of drugs used for pain symptoms localized in hollow organs and muscles - kidneys, bladder, uterus, bronchi and gall bladder.
Moreover, the effect of this analgesic is directly determined by the active ingredients that are present in its composition.
It is the combination of all these components that makes it possible to effectively relieve spasms of striated and smooth muscles, soothe and provide a pronounced analgesic effect.
The homeopathic medicine “Spaskuprel” is produced (instructions for use are always included with each package by the manufacturer) in the form of suppositories, tablets and as an injection solution.
The main components of the latter necessarily include Citrullus Colocynthis D4, Ammonium Bromatum D4, Veratrum Album D6, Gelsemium Sempervirens D6, Atropinum Sulfuricum D6, Passionflower Incarnata D2, Magnesium Phosphoricum D6, Agaricus D4, Cuprum Sulfuricum D6 and Aconitum Napellus D6. The same substances are contained in tablets and suppositories.
Additionally, the solution for injection contains excipients such as distilled water and sodium chloride. Spascuprel tablets are produced in the form of round, flat-cylindrical dragees, odorless, yellowish-white or white in color with small black or yellowish-brown inclusions. They contain lactose and magnesium stearate as auxiliary elements.
The manufacturer recommends using this homeopathic medicine to eliminate spastic pain syndrome caused by cholecystitis, gastritis, biliary dyskinesia, gastric ulcer, spastic colitis or duodenal ulcer.
Women suffering from cystitis are also advised to use the analgesic drug Spascuprel. Reviews also indicate good results from its use in urolithiasis or cholelithiasis. In the case of established irritable bowel syndrome, this antispasmodic and anticonvulsant drug is also quite often prescribed by specialists.
Among other things, the instructions for use recommend that women during PMS, as well as young girls suffering from dysmenorrhea, a cyclic pathological process accompanied by severe pain in the lower abdomen during menstruation, take the “Spascuprel” dragee.
Finally, the use of this homeopathic analgesic drug is recommended to relieve spasms of striated muscles (including muscle tension and so-called muscle rigidity).
List of main contraindications
The manufacturing company categorically does not recommend homeopathic tablets “Spaskuprel” to people who suffer from hypersensitivity to any of the active components present in their composition, as well as in case of an allergic reaction to lactose and magnesium stearate.
In addition, people with lactose deficiency or a hereditary form of galactose intolerance should not take this analgesic. Patients under three years of age are similarly not prescribed the painkiller “Spaskuprel”.
As for the injection solution, in addition to the situations listed above, it is not allowed to be administered to children under twelve years of age. Suppositories are not allowed to be used by people with hypersensitivity to the components that are in their composition.

Spascuprel, instructions for use (Method and dosage)
Pills
Take tablets sublingually in a dose of 3 tablets. in a day. They should be dissolved under the tongue 30 minutes before a meal or an hour after it. If an exacerbation is observed, the drug can be taken 1 tablet every 15 minutes for 2 hours. The standard course of treatment is approximately 2–3 weeks (treatment can be extended according to the individual instructions of the doctor).
Injection
Can be used for intramuscular, subcutaneous, intradermal and intravenous injections. Recommended single dose: 1.1 ml. Standard course of treatment: 1 single dose 1-3 times a week, in acute cases - no more than 3 ampoules per day, maintaining a time interval of 4 hours, duration of treatment - 2 weeks. Longer therapy with Spascuprel should be carried out under the supervision of a physician.
Side effects
Spascuprel is well tolerated by the body and can cause side effects only in isolated cases. A negative reaction of the body can manifest itself in the form of allergy symptoms (skin rash, itching and burning of the skin, swelling of the mucous membranes, etc.). In some cases, patients experience a primary deterioration in their general condition while taking the drug.
If such an effect occurs, the homeopathic remedy is discontinued. To correct the further course of therapy, you must consult a doctor and undergo additional examination.
Overdose
There have been no cases of overdose of Spaskuprel in medical practice. The tablets and solution for injection do not contain potent substances that can cause significant harm to the body. Contraindications
