Valerianahel: instructions for use

Synonyms: Valerianaheel

Weather changes, intense physical activity, frequent respiratory infections and changes in hormonal levels negatively affect a person’s psychological health. Very often, people may feel increased anxiety, lethargy, fatigue, sleep problems and disturbances in the functioning of certain body systems that they cannot cope with on their own. In such cases, you should resort to the help of drugs that have a sedative effect and are good for mild forms of neurosis, excessive nervous excitability, neurasthenia, and sleep disorders. The optimal solution would be to take homeopathic medicines, since they are not capable of harming other organs and systems and do not cause adverse reactions or addiction.

One of these homeopathic medicines is Valerianahel.

This homeopathic medicine is available in the form of drops for oral administration. The composition of the drug is natural and complex. It can be taken by adults and children over 2 years of age.

Compound

100 grams of drops contain homeopathic substances that act as functional ingredients of the drug:

  • 65 g – Valeriana officinalis;

  • 2 g – Chamomilla recutita;

  • 1 g – Natrium bromatum D1;
  • 1 g – Kalium bromatum D1;

Due to the fact that the composition of the drug is complex and natural, it has sedative, analgesic and hypnotic effects.

Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics

Valerianahel, like all products of the Heel company, is a homeopathic medicine whose effectiveness is determined by a precisely calibrated and correctly composed set of active ingredients.

Homeopathic drops have a mild analgesic effect, a mild hypnotic (makes it easier to fall asleep) effect, as well as a slow (increasing) but fairly stable sedative effect on the human body.

Characteristics of the drug

Valerian Hel is a homeopathic remedy that has a mild sedative effect in the treatment of many conditions associated with excessive excitability of the nervous system.
Source: flickr (little_marta). The composition of 100 g of Valerian Hel includes components that determine the entire spectrum of activity of the homeopathic remedy:

  • Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) - helps reduce the tone of the nervous system, has mild antispasmodic and choleretic properties;
  • Common hop (Humulus lupulus) – reduces excessive excitability of the nervous system
  • Crataegus – has a cardiotropic tonic effect (helps optimize cardiac activity, lowers high blood pressure, increases low blood pressure, dilates coronary vessels);
  • Hypericum (Hypericum perforatum) – improves metabolism in nerve cells and fibers, improves the condition and tone of brain vessels, normalizes blood flow;
  • Melissa (Melissa officinalis) – increases stress resistance, regulates the tone of an overexcited nervous system;
  • Chamomilla (Chamomilla recutita) – has anti-inflammatory, decongestant, restorative and mild sedative properties, has a beneficial effect on digestion;
  • Avena sativa - characterized by adaptogenic, regenerative and restorative properties;
  • Acidum picrinicum – improves cerebral blood flow in vascular pathology;
  • Potassium bromatum (Kalium bromatum)
  • Ammonium bromatum
  • Sodium bromatum (Natrium bromatum) - bromides have the ability to balance the processes of excitation and inhibition in depression, the initial stages of hypertension, muscle weakness, hysteria, nervous exhaustion and insomnia; have a slight anticonvulsant effect.

Release form: drops for internal use of a brownish-reddish hue with the familiar smell of valerian. The solution may contain a slight sediment, which is normal for this homeopathic remedy.

30 ml of the drug is contained in a dark glass bottle with a dropper dispenser, which, together with instructions for use, are packed in a cardboard box.

Interesting! Valerianahel does not have a direct sedative effect, but produces an effect indirectly through the limbic structures of the brain, stimulating the action of the natural inhibitory transmitter GABA - the main inhibitory transmitter in the human nervous system.

The effect of the drug occurs with regular use for a sufficiently long time.

An exacerbation of symptoms is possible in the first days of therapy, which requires a decision on the possibility of further use of the drug with a specialist. Despite this, many patient reviews indicate an improvement in well-being after the first days of taking a homeopathic remedy.

Instructions for use Valerianahel (Method and dosage)
