One capsule of Bronchobos contains 375.0 mg of active carbocisteine and auxiliary inactive compounds: 23 mg of corn starch, 2 mg of magnesium stearate, 8 mg of gelatin, 2 mg of colloidal silicon dioxide.
Release form
Bronchobos syrup 2.5% and 5% is a clear, slightly viscous liquid with a raspberry odor and a pink to bright red color. Available in 200 ml bottles made of dark brown glass, sealed with aluminum caps that have a seal, tamper evident and a child safety mechanism. Each cardboard box contains one bottle, a polystyrene measuring spoon with marks.

The half-life is 2–3 hours, and it occurs completely after 3 days.

Bioavailability is also low - no more than 10% of the dose taken. However, the maximum level of active carbocisteine in the blood and mucous membranes is reached after 2–3 hours and also persists for 8 hours. The dosage is determined using a measuring spoon.
- For adults, the dosage is 15 ml, that is, 3 scoops of 5 percent syrup 3 times a day.

For adults and adolescents over 15 years of age, the recommended dose is 750 mg, that is, 2 capsules (tablets) 3 times a day.
