Pharmacological properties of the drug Neurobeks
The combination of B vitamins, which is part of the drug Neurobex and Neurobex Forte, affects a number of processes occurring in the body. Vitamins of this group are part of enzymes that catalyze the metabolic reactions of carbohydrates, lipids and proteins. The combination of B vitamins in the composition of the drug helps to normalize the metabolism of vegetative centers, the processes of formation, impulse transmission and trophism of neurons, improves the functioning of nerve cells and subcortical centers. Vitamin B1 (thiamine nitrate) after resorption is converted in the body into thiamine pyrophosphate, which is a coenzyme of enzymes involved in the decarboxylation of pyruvic and alpha-ketoglutaric acids. Thiamine is involved in carbohydrate and energy metabolism, especially in nerve and muscle tissues, affects excitation processes in synapses, as well as in fat, protein and water-salt metabolism, in the process of acetylcholine synthesis. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) plays an important role in metabolism. Necessary for the normal functioning of the central and peripheral nervous system. Upon entering the body, it is phosphorylated, converted into pyridoxal-5-phosphate and is part of the enzymes that carry out the decarboxylation and preamination of amino acids. Pyridoxine is involved in protein metabolism and the synthesis of neurotransmitters, the metabolism of tryptophan, methionine, cysteine, glutamic and other amino acids. It is of great importance in histamine metabolism, fat metabolism processes, improves the function of the liver and nerve fibers, lipid metabolism in atherosclerosis. Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) is converted in the body to cobamamide, which is the active form of vitamin B12. Has high biological activity. It is a growth factor, necessary for normal hematopoiesis and red blood cell maturation. Takes part in the synthesis of labile methyl groups and the formation of choline, methionine, creatine, and nucleic acids. Promotes the accumulation of compounds containing sulfhydryl groups in erythrocytes, which increases their tolerance to hemolysis. Activates the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids. In case of atherosclerosis, it slightly reduces the level of cholesterol and increases the lecithin/cholesterol index. Has a beneficial effect on the function of the liver and nervous system. Improves tissue regeneration. The pharmacokinetics of the drug Neurobeks and Neurobeks Forte is considered as the pharmacokinetics of each of the active substances included in its composition. Vitamins B1 and B6 a are absorbed in the upper gastrointestinal tract. Absorption of cyanocobalamin is due to the presence of intrinsic factor in the stomach and upper intestines, then transport of cyanocobalamin into the tissue is carried out by a transport protein - transcobalamin II. Thiamine, pyridoxine and cyanocobalamin are metabolized in the liver. About 60% of metabolites are bound to blood plasma proteins. Thiamine and pyridoxine are partially excreted in the urine (8–10%) unchanged. In case of overdose, the excretion of thiamine and pyridoxine through the intestines is significantly increased. Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin). Its kinetics when taken orally are influenced by pancreatic proteases, pH, bile, glycoprotein “external factor”, as well as liver depots. It is resorbed in the distal small intestine. Intestinal resorption of the vitamin improves when taken simultaneously with folic acid. Vitamin B12 is excreted in the bile and enters the enterohepatic circulation; part of the dose taken (6–30%) is excreted in the urine, a significant part - during the first 8 hours after administration.
Contraindications
Neurobeks according to the instructions is contraindicated in acute thromboembolism, erythrocytosis, allergies, erythremia, hypersensitivity.
Pregnant and lactating women are not recommended to take Neurobex vitamins without a doctor's prescription. There is no data on the safety of using Neurobex Neo by pregnant women.
Judging by the reviews, Neurobeks, due to the vitamin B6 included in its composition, can reduce the effect of the drug taken Levodopa, phenobarbital, phenytoin.
Incompatible with vitamin B6: Isoniazid, Thiosemicarbazone, Serine, Hydralazine.
According to the instructions, it is not advisable to combine Neurobex with medications containing aluminum

With an unbalanced diet, long-term use of antibiotics, anemia, leukopenia of various etiologies, chronic alcoholism, smoking. Indicated for people who lead an active lifestyle.
Indications
B vitamins are active participants in processes associated with the functioning of the nervous system.
They are necessary for the proper functioning of the brain, so their deficiency manifests itself first of all:
- irritation;
- fatigue;
- weakness, drowsiness;
- hair loss
A lack of thiamine leads to the development of heart failure, edema appears, and a sharp weight loss occurs.
If there is not enough riboflavin in the body, then frequent ulcers appear that heal slowly. Inflammation of the mucous membranes systematically begins to bother me.
Appears:
- cramps in the limbs;
- loss of appetite;
- diarrhea;
- skin rashes.
Vitamin B6 may be lacking in those people who periodically use diuretics.
Vitamin B9 is rarely deficient; it is possible when patients have diseases of the small intestine or after taking an increased dose of antibiotics.
Lack of folic acid leads to improper development of the fetus during pregnancy; it is necessary for the growth and development of the body.
Vitamin B12 actively helps in hematopoiesis, so its catastrophic deficiency leads to anemia.
Multivitamin complexes are taken to saturate the body with missing vitamins, but Neorubex Neo has a peculiarity - it is also prescribed in the complex treatment of a number of complex diseases and pathologies.
Multivitamins are recommended in the following cases:
- Elderly age. The aging of the body brings many problems. The body stops producing necessary substances in sufficient quantities. Lack of vitamins leads to memory impairment, hearing loss or decreased vision. Older people are prone to mental disorders.
- Drinking alcohol and smoking. Bad habits deplete the body; B vitamins are necessary for the active removal of toxins.
- Decreased immunity. This happens for various reasons. The immune system is weakened after suffering from colds, during periods of severe emotional and physical stress, so it is necessary to help it maintain its natural balance.
- Menstrual irregularities. A common problem associated with a lack of vitamins or complex genetic diseases. The multivitamin complex contains folic acid, which helps restore reproductive functions and is responsible for the formation of red blood cells.
- Diabetes mellitus , complications after it. The mechanism of the disease is the inability to properly absorb glucose; vitamin B6, which Neorubix Neo contains, contributes to these processes. In addition, other vitamins of the group help pyridoxine work more actively due to their effects.
- Neurodermatitis, eczema, dermatitis of various types. When skin diseases occur, patients are often prescribed hormonal medications; this is a significant blow to the body, weakened by the fight against itching and skin irritation.
- Chronic circulatory problem These diseases are directly related to metabolic processes. Vitamins B are involved in metabolism; they are necessary as a catalyst for complex chemical reactions in the body.
- Neuralgia of the facial nerve. Damage to the node with subsequent loss of sensitivity in some areas of the face. This condition is directly related to a lack of vitamins and minerals in the body, although it is neurological in nature.
- Chronic fatigue, stress. These conditions are fraught with the development of severe nervous disorders; the body needs vitamins to receive external support.
- Prevention of cardiovascular diseases. Vitamins B6, B12 and C are necessary for stable heart function.
- Hair loss in significant amounts. As a rule, these symptoms are a signal of a lack of vitamins B.
- Lack of vitamins due to poor nutrition.
- Weakness, lethargy, apathy, lack of appetite. Such conditions may be associated with depression, emotional and physical stress.
- Chemical poisoning. Symptoms after suffering from such conditions are similar to those of hypovitaminosis; the body begins to need natural vitamins, but is too weak to produce its own.

Side effects
Neorubix Neo, the instructions for use of which indicate side effects, should be stopped immediately after the first signal.
Side effects may include:
- rapid heartbeat, it may periodically return after a lull;
- nausea and vomiting accompanied by headache;
- allergic rashes accompanied by itching are a natural reaction to intolerance to the drug.
Special instructions for the use of the drug Neurobex
The drug is prescribed with caution and in lower doses for angina pectoris (due to the content of cyanocobalamin). There is no data on disturbances in motor activity and mental reactions when using the drug by vehicle drivers and machine operators. They can do their job if there are no contraindications from the underlying disease. The use of the drug during pregnancy and lactation is permitted in cases where the benefits of use outweigh the potential risk to the fetus/child. There is no experience with the use of Neurobex Forte in children under the age of 14 years (except for asthenic conditions).
Interactions of the drug Neurobeks
Pyridoxine reduces the severity of the antiparkinsonian effect of levodopa. When taken simultaneously with oral contraceptives, metabolism is disrupted and its amount in the body decreases. Antagonists of this vitamin are isoniazid and thiosemicarbazones. Pyridoxine, for its part, improves the condition of patients with sideroblastic anemia caused by these anti-tuberculosis drugs. Pyridoxine can reduce the concentration of anticonvulsants in the blood, for example, phenytoin, phenobarbital. Hydralazine and cycloserine are also antagonists of this vitamin. The use of pyridoxine together with the listed drugs reduces their neurological side effects. Vitamin B6 increases peripheral decarboxylation of levodopa and reduces the effectiveness of treatment in patients with Parkinson's disease. Long-term use of penicillamine may cause the development of pyridoxine deficiency. The level of cyanocobalamin in the blood can be reduced by nitrous oxide, general anesthetics, antiepileptic drugs and alcohol. Simultaneous intake of ascorbic acid in high doses can cause damage to the stomach, as well as increased excretion of vitamin C by the kidneys.
Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics
The components of the drug are absorbed by the small intestine, dissolve, bind to parts of the plasma, and are distributed throughout the tissues. They undergo a chemical reaction and are excreted in urine. Vitamin B12 dissolves in the small intestine quite quickly and is excreted through bile or urine.
Thiamine and riboflavin are absorbed from the digestive tract, riboflavin is concentrated in the liver and kidneys, and is excreted in the urine.
Vitamin B5 is absorbed through the walls of the small intestine, part of the vitamin is transformed, the other part is deposited in the blood plasma. It is excreted as pantothenic acid by both kidneys.
Vitamin B6 comes from the digestive tract and settles in the liver for metabolism.
B9 is excreted from the body in different ways; the kidneys are used for this; a small part is excreted through the intestines.
Vitamin C penetrates into the blood elements from its plasma, excess ascorbic acid is excreted unchanged through urine.
