Beclomethasone inhalation and inhaler is used to treat bronchial asthma. Produced by a domestic company. Refers to hormonal drugs, acts on the basis of glucocorticosteroids. How to use Beclomethasone inhaler

  6. remove the mouthpiece;
  7. hold your breath for 8 seconds;
  8. exhale air through the nose;
  9. if necessary, repeat the steps within 60 seconds.

Upon completion of the procedure, close the lid and remove the canister away from direct sunlight. To avoid the development of local side effects, rinse the mouth with clean water or soda solution. After breathing measures, it is forbidden to drink or eat for 1-2 hours, and you should not go outside in any weather.

Dosage

According to the instructions, the Beclamethasone inhaler is used up to 4 times a day, in severe cases - 20. 1-2 inhalations are given at a time. The concentration of active components is selected taking into account age, individual characteristics of the body, and clinical picture.

Aerosol for inhalation Beclomethasone dosed 250 mcg is prescribed to adults with frequent relapses and severe attacks. As you feel better, reduce the dosage and prescribe the drug with a concentration of 100 mcg. Beclomethasone 250 mcg inhalation aerosol is not prescribed for children. From the age of 4 years, a 50 micron inhaler is indicated. For adolescents, if necessary, the dose is increased to 100 mcg.

  • pain and crunching in the joints;
  • swelling.

If the above symptoms occur, it is necessary to discontinue the drug; if this is not possible, then replace it with tablet forms of hormones and seek medical help. There is no specific antidote. Treatment is carried out symptomatically in a hospital setting.

Side effects

With long-term treatment, oral candidiasis develops. Special symptomatic treatment is required. Pain, sore throat, hoarseness, and sometimes a dry cough appear. Sometimes bronchospasm occurs. Systemic adverse events appear much less frequently:

  • headache;
  • weakness;
  • dizziness;
  • decreased concentration;
  • irritability;
  • insomnia;
  • nausea;
  • diarrhea;
