Pharmacological properties

Pharmacodynamics

Hemafemin is a natural non-hormonal drug. The therapeutic activity of the dietary supplement is based on increasing the natural production of the female sex hormone - estrogen.

A decrease in estrogen production begins to be observed 10–12 years before menopause. Lack of the hormone leads to significant changes in the skin, hair, bones, heart, blood vessels, brain and other organs.

The action of dietary supplements is aimed at normalizing hormonal balance, improving metabolism, and stabilizing blood pressure. Hemafemin is also effective for amenorrhea. An increase in estrogen levels by 2 times is usually observed after 4 weeks of therapy.

These terms of sale of Goods (hereinafter referred to as “Terms of Sale”) are a public offer of the Seller, offering to conclude a contract for the sale and purchase of Goods remotely on the terms set forth below. If you do not agree with any provision of the following terms and conditions, you are asked not to purchase the Products offered for sale by the Seller. The Seller's offer is available information about the Products offered for sale on the Site at prices and conditions in accordance with the current tariffs of the Seller. Special offer - an offer from the Seller containing information about discounts, gifts, and other special conditions for purchasing Products on the Site. The Seller is not required to indicate that the Offer is a Special Offer. Gift - products offered by the Seller as a bonus to the Buyer’s Order, issued under a Special Offer on conditions determined at the discretion of the Seller. Order - individual items of Goods from the list presented on the Site, specified by the Buyer when filling out an application for the purchase of Goods at the price and on the terms in force at the time of filling out such an application.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms, as well as information about the Product presented on the Site, are a public offer in accordance with Art. 435 and part 2 of Art. 437 Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The relations between the Buyer and the Seller are subject to the provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on retail purchase and sale, the Law of the Russian Federation “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” dated 02/07/1992 No. 2300-1, the Rules for the sale of goods remotely, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 27, 2007 No. 612, as well as other legal acts adopted in accordance with them. The Buyer agrees to the terms of sale of the Goods selected by him when ordering in writing - by filling out the order form and sending it to the Seller, when ordering on the Site - by clicking the "Place an order" button at the last stage of placing an Order on the Site, when placing an Order by phone - orally by giving consent to the operator. The completion of these actions is a fact confirming the conclusion of an agreement between the Buyer and the Seller. All Offers are valid within the limits of the quantity of Goods available at the Seller’s warehouse. All Special Offers are valid within the limits of the quantity of Products and Gifts available in the Seller’s warehouse, which affects the provision of a particular Gift. If the Special Offer Gift is not in the Seller’s warehouse, the Seller has the right to unilaterally replace, without notifying the Buyer, the initially offered Gift with another Gift under a different Special Offer available to the Seller. Replacing the Gift does not constitute a violation by the Seller of the terms of the Order. The cash equivalent of Gifts is not paid. The Buyer, depending on the terms of the Offer, has the right to receive no more than one piece of each Gift from those offered. 1.1 PRICES

Prices are indicated in Russian rubles, VAT is not assessed. Prices may be changed by the Seller without prior notice to the Buyer, and all Products ordered by the Buyer are subject to payment at the prices in effect at the time the Order was accepted by the Seller.

1.2 PRODUCTS

The goods are the property of the Seller until full payment is made by the Buyer. The list of Products offered for sale on the Site is determined by the Seller. The Seller has the right to change the list of Products without prior notice to the Buyer. Detailed information about the name of the Products, their main consumer properties and price is contained on the Site in the “Catalog” section. Additional information about the Products, which may not be on the Site, but must be brought to the attention of the Buyer, is present on the label and/or packaging of the Product. The remaining shelf life of the Goods delivered to the Buyer is at least 6 (six) months from the date of their shipment.

2. ORDERING

The Buyer’s order can be placed in the following ways: accepted by telephone, accepted by mail on an order form, or placed by the Buyer independently on the Site. The maximum Order amount excluding delivery costs is 50,000 rubles. Methods of delivery and payment for the Goods are indicated on the Site in the “Consumers” section (subsection “Delivery and Payment”). In cases where the Seller has grounds to perceive any abuse in the Buyer’s actions regarding the execution of Orders (repeated cancellation of Orders, returns of Orders without good reason, etc.), the Seller has the right to regard these actions of the Buyer as a significant violation of the Terms of Sale. The Seller has the right to refuse to place an Order to persons who do not agree with the Terms of Sale and/or who have (previously committed) significant violations of the Terms of Sale.

3. ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing means the Seller checking information about the availability of the Goods ordered by the Buyer and (if applicable) Gifts in the Seller’s warehouse and preparing the Order for shipment to the Buyer. The processing time for the Order by the Seller ranges from 3 (three) to 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of confirmation of the application. The processing time for the Order depends on the availability of the ordered Products and (if applicable) Gifts at the Seller’s warehouse. If any of the Products ordered by the Buyer and/or (if applicable) Gifts are unavailable at the Seller’s warehouse, including for reasons beyond the latter’s control, the Seller has the right to unilaterally exclude this Product and/or (if applicable) Gift from the Buyer's Order. In this case, the cost of the Order will be recalculated by the Seller taking into account the exclusion of the item of the Product that is not in the Seller’s warehouse.

4. ORDER DELIVERY

After completing the processing of the Order, the Seller delivers the Order to the Buyer. The agreed delivery method is the method chosen by the Buyer from the available delivery methods when placing the Order. Delivery of the Order is carried out by the Seller with the involvement of third parties - postal service organizations or courier services (hereinafter referred to as the “Delivery Service”). The deadline for receiving the Order by the Buyer depends on the address and region of delivery, the operation of the specific Delivery Service, and does not depend directly on the Seller. Delivery of the Order is carried out to the Buyer’s address specified when placing the Order. The Seller is not responsible if the Buyer provides incorrect or incomplete data that does not allow delivery of the Order to the Buyer and/or does not allow contacting the Buyer for the purpose of the Seller fulfilling its obligations to deliver the Order. For timely delivery of the Order, the Buyer is recommended to indicate the exact postal address, including postal code, and contact telephone number (if choosing delivery by courier services). Depending on the Seller's Offer, the Buyer may share in shipping costs paid by the Seller. When placing an Order, the Buyer receives information about whether the delivery cost is included in the Order amount or not. When choosing Courier delivery within the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as for International shipments, the delivery cost of each Order is calculated individually, based on its weight, region and delivery method, and is indicated at the last stage of placing the Order on the Site. When choosing standard Postal delivery, the Seller sends the Order by postal mail to the Buyer's address. The period for placing an Order at the warehouse and transferring it to the post office or courier service is 3-5 working days. The Seller is not responsible for the delay in delivery of the Order, its loss, damage, damage caused by the Delivery Service. The Buyer's offer to deliver the Order to him by post restante may only be accepted with the prior consent of the Seller. If the Buyer does not pick up the Order from the post office within the storage period established by the post office or refuses, the Seller has the right not to accept the Buyer’s next Order for execution.

The order is considered delivered at the moment it is transferred to the Buyer.

5. PAYMENT FOR ORDER

5.1. PAYMENT IN CASH

Payment for the Order in cash is made by the Buyer in Russian rubles upon receipt of the Order in accordance with the selected type of delivery. The Buyer receives the Order within the time frame established by the Delivery Service, subject to full payment of the Order amount by cash on delivery and the postal transfer fee (unless other payment terms were specified in the Seller’s Offer). The Buyer shall bear the costs associated with excess storage of the Order at the post office.

5.2. NON-CASH PAYMENT METHOD

When ordering Goods through the Seller’s Website, payment for the Order can be made in Russian rubles: - at a bank branch (with presentation of a pre-printed receipt with the Seller’s details), - using a VISA or MasterCard bank card; — using other electronic payment methods offered by the service for accepting online payments on the Seller’s Website.

6. RETURN OF GOODS

According to the Law of the Russian Federation “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” dated 02/07/1992 No. 2300-1, the Products presented on the Seller’s Website belong to categories of goods that cannot be exchanged or returned if they are of proper quality. When the Buyer receives a Product of inadequate quality or in the event of a discrepancy between the contents of the parcel and the description of the attachment, the Seller guarantees the Buyer a replacement of the Product of inadequate quality or, at the Buyer’s option, a refund of the cost of the Product of inadequate quality by postal order on the following conditions: - if the Buyer discovers the Product as part of the Order with violations of the conditions Order (assortment, quality, quantity, completeness, packaging) The Buyer, no later than 20 days from the date of receipt of the Goods, sends to the Seller at his address a copy of the postal report (if a defect is discovered when opening the parcel at the post office), confirming the fact of the defect or discrepancy of the contents of the parcel its inventory, together with a copy of the parcel inventory, a copy of the payment receipt, a covering letter indicating the Buyer’s requirement (replacement of the Goods with Goods of proper quality or return of money paid for the Goods); — if the Buyer does not have the above documents, the Buyer returns the Goods in the original packaging along with a covering letter indicating the Buyer’s requirement (replacement of the Goods with Goods of proper quality or return of the money paid for the Goods). If the Buyer makes a request to replace a Product of inadequate quality, the Seller replaces this Product with a Product of proper quality within a period not exceeding in total the Order processing time and the Order delivery time.

7. PERSONAL DATA

By placing an Order, the Buyer gives Pantoproject LLC his consent to the processing of his personal data and his email address in any way not prohibited by law, in order to receive the ordered Products, information about news and special offers, advertising information, as well as to transfer his personal data and your email address to partner organizations of Pantoproject LLC. The Seller guarantees the confidentiality of the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data. 8. OTHER

The Buyer undertakes to use the Product exclusively for personal purposes. If the Buyer violates this obligation, he is deprived of the benefits and advantages provided to him by the Law of the Russian Federation of 02/07/1992 No. 2300-1 “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, and is considered to have materially violated these Terms of Sale. The Seller undertakes to fulfill Buyers' Orders in accordance with these Terms of Sale.

The seller is not responsible for failure to fulfill the concluded contract for the sale of goods remotely in the event of a disruption or strike of postal and transport services and communications enterprises, as well as in the event of force majeure circumstances.

Directions for use and dosage

Gemafemin capsules are taken orally during meals with half a glass of water. The standard dosage is 2 capsules three times a day for one month, after which it is necessary to take a 35-40-day break.
