Pharmacodynamics
This combination drug contains the antibiotic gentamicin, which, when entering the body, binds to the ribosomes of bacteria, causing their cell membrane to be disrupted and protein synthesis to be suspended. In addition, the activity of staphylococci, streptococci, salmonella and other pathogenic bacteria is suppressed.
The second most important component in the drug, fluocinonide, gives the ointment anti-allergenic, anti-inflammatory and antipruritic properties. After its exposure, foci of inflammation decrease, due to stimulation of steroid receptors, proteins are produced that relieve swelling.
External use of fluocinonide leads to its transformation into an ethereal compound, due to which it penetrates better into the epidermis and has a longer effect on all manifestations of allergic reactions.
Therapeutic action and effects
Kremgen is a combination drug, among the components of which there is a substance with antibiotic qualities, gentamicin. In addition, this element contains the glucocorticosteroid fluocinonide. By combining with bacterial ribosomes, the suppressive effect of gentamicin on their proteins is activated, as well as disrupting membrane permeability in cells. This property is especially active against most microorganisms, including Staphylococcus Aureus, Klebsiella Pneumoniae spp., Proteus Vulgaris and others.

Reviews
Maxim, 31 years old. I suffered the loss of two jobs in a short time and became not only unsure of myself, but also faced with psoriasis. Initially, a small flaky spot appeared on the forehead. I thought that what was left of the pimple, it really went away on its own, but then it appeared again, only larger. The doctor advised me to use Kremgen ointment, now as soon as a slight itching and redness appears, I immediately lubricate the sore spot with this remedy, and the psoriasis recedes.
Katerina, 48 years old. I came across a new ointment for many skin diseases - Kremgen, when I was on vacation at sea and accidentally damaged my skin, it was prescribed as a healing agent. It works really well, quickly relieves redness, prevents inflammation and heals. But, despite its excellent medicinal qualities, it is still hormonal and must be used with caution.
