The drug Macmiror Complex is available in the form of suppositories for vaginal administration. Suppositories are an oblong gelatinous substance with a pointed end, yellow in color with a brownish tint. Candles are packaged in cellular contour packs of 8 or 12 pieces in a cardboard box.

Vaginal soft gelatin suppositories, egg-shaped, yellow with a brown tint; the contents of the suppositories are a yellow oily suspension. 1 sup: nifuratel 500 mg; nystatin 200 thousand. Excipients: dimethylpolysiloxane AK 1000 (dimethicone) 960.0 mg.

Shell composition: gelatin 351.0 mg, glycerin (glycerol) 171.0 mg, sodium ethyl parahydroxybenzoate 1.8 mg, sodium propyl parahydroxybenzoate 1.0 mg, titanium dioxide 0.4 mg, yellow iron oxide 2.4 mg. Packing: 8 pcs. - blisters (1) - cardboard packs; 12 pcs. - blisters (1) - cardboard packs.

Macmiror Complex is a combined local antifungal drug. Nifuratel effectively fights many types of bacteria, fungi and protozoan microorganisms (for example, Trichomonas vaginalis ).

Nystatin is an antifungal antibiotic. It disrupts the permeability of the fungal membrane, after which the cell is destroyed. Particularly effective against Candida albicans .

The combination of nystatin and nifuratel makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of the antifungal action and expand the range of indications for use.

McMikor Complex has low toxicity, due to which it does not destroy the physiological flora, does not cause dysbacteriosis and quickly restores vaginal normocenosis.

The drug is used intravaginally .

Every day for 8 days before bedtime, apply 2.5 g of cream using an applicator. The instructions for Macromir Complex suppositories are the same as for the ointment; 1 suppository should be administered per day. To maximize the effect, the suppository is inserted into the upper part of the vagina. After menstruation, treatment can be repeated if necessary.

In childhood, vaginal suppositories are not used; in such cases, it is recommended to use a cream with an applicator .
