Composition, release form, Pharmacological action of Tizol

The gel has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects. Due to the presence of bound molecules of titanium and glycerol atoms, it has local analgesic, decongestant, dehydrating and protective effects. It also helps accelerate reparative processes in the skin and reduces inflammation (infiltration, swelling and erythema), eliminates itching.

Relieves local pain. Due to its gel form, it can be used as a conductor for external therapeutic agents.

In rare cases, in the first minutes after application to the mucous membranes or skin, there may be a feeling of tightness, tingling or tingling, which goes away on its own and does not require discontinuation of the gel. In the presence of individual hypersensitivity, allergic reactions may occur. In this case, you must stop using the gel.

The interaction of the gel with other drugs has not been registered.

How does the body react to Tizol with Lidaza? Many people are interested in the answer to this question. "Tizol" is well tolerated and does not cause negative reactions in the body. But “Lidaza” can provoke allergies with manifestations on the skin in the form of itching, swelling or redness. The same negative effect can be had on the mucous membranes.

The drug is not recommended for use in deep purulent wounds before surgery, as well as in case of hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. Prescribed with caution if the patient has acute inflammation of the mucous membrane and skin or a wound with pronounced exudate. "Lidaza" is prohibited for use in malignant neoplasms. Be sure to remember this.

Lidase is an enzyme medication that is isolated from the testes of cattle. The main substance of Lidase, according to the instructions, promotes the breakdown of hyaluronic acid (the main component of the intermediate substance of connective tissue), as well as:

  • Increases the permeability of tissues and blood vessels;
  • Reduces tissue swelling;
  • Increases joint mobility;
  • Flattens and softens scars;
  • Facilitates the movement of fluids in interstitial spaces;
  • Reduces joint stiffness and also prevents its development.

The duration of action of Lidaza is up to 48 hours.

According to reviews, Lidaza can cause minor allergic reactions, and long-term use of the medication can provoke the development of a local irritant effect.

In case of overdose, Lidaza, according to reviews, can cause:

  • Nausea;
  • Local swelling;
  • Chills;
  • Dizziness;
  • Vomiting;
  • Urticaria;
  • Reduced blood pressure;
  • Tachycardia;
  • Erythematous rash.

Treatment usually includes epinephrine, glucocorticosteroids, and antihistamines.

Lidaza, according to reviews, helps improve the absorption of various medications administered subcutaneously and intramuscularly. In addition, the medication enhances the effect of local anesthetics.

The drug helps accelerate the absorption of other medications: isotonic solutions, muscle relaxants (when administered parenterally). Local anesthetics begin to act in a shorter time and have a less pronounced effect. In gynecological practice, it is not recommended to prescribe it for treatment together with estrogen-containing drugs.

The following side effects are possible after taking the drug:

  • The appearance of weakness, excessive sweating or high body temperature.
  • Nervous system: headaches and dizziness.
  • Respiratory organs: difficulty breathing and shortness of breath.
  • Cardiac and vascular system: tachycardia, increased blood pressure.
  • Allergic reactions: the appearance of rash and itching, the development of angioedema.
  • Local reactions to injection: pain, feeling of heat at the injection site, swelling.

The active component of the drug Lidaza is the substance hyaluronidase, in Latin Hyaluronidase, obtained from bovine testes. Hyaluronidase effectively breaks down mucopolysaccharides in the body, including hyaluronic acid, which ensures the strength of connective tissues.

An excess of hyaluronic acid leads to a decrease in tissue permeability and the formation of fibrosis. The presence of hyaluronidase in the body disrupts the strength of connective tissue inclusions, increases permeability, and normalizes tissue viscosity.

After a course of treatment with Lidaza, the body becomes more susceptible to other drugs.

Overdose can cause:

  • Nausea, vomiting;
  • Malaise;
  • Dizziness;
  • Allergic reactions;
  • Swelling in the area where suppositories are used;
  • Tachycardia.

well tolerated, but sometimes allergic reactions with skin manifestations may occur.

Which ointment is effective in treating cystitis in women

Have you been trying to cure PROSTATITIS for many years? Head of the Institute: “You will be amazed at how easy it is to cure prostatitis by taking it every day...

Treatment with cystitis ointments is a simple way to get rid of inflammation. Many ointments contain natural ingredients, which guarantees minimal side effects on the body. The effect of ointments on a woman’s genitourinary system and the effectiveness of use against cystitis are discussed below.

Benefits of using ointments

Health and treatment Tizol with lidase ointment instructions for use

The advantage of using ointments for cystitis for women is based on the anatomy of the urinary system. The urethra in women is short and wide, so pathogens can easily enter the bladder. An additional feature of the channel is the absence of bends. The disadvantage of the anatomical structure, which harmful microbes take advantage of, can be turned against them.

When using ointment in the treatment of cystitis, mainly acute, 2 key opportunities have been identified for quickly defeating the disease:

  • introducing the ointment directly into the urethra (intraurethral method);
  • when using the ointment, the penetration of pathogenic microbes from the genitals into the bladder is minimized.

In the first case, the method of administering the ointment significantly increases the effectiveness of treatment of acute cystitis. Additional benefit: avoiding inflammation of the urethra.

The ointment creates a barrier through which bacteria and germs are unable to penetrate further. If cystitis occurs against the background of genital candidiasis, then the ointment will not allow dangerous microflora to enter the bladder.

Attention! Treating bladder inflammation in men in this way is difficult, since their urinary canal is many times longer, narrower, and has several convolutions. External use of ointments in women and men is not as effective in combating bladder inflammation

Main components of drugs

Health and treatment Tizol with lidase ointment instructions for use

Effective ointments for cystitis contain:

  • antibiotic;
  • anti-inflammatory drugs;
  • additional substances - soothing the lining of the urethra or skin, strengthening the immune system or vitamins.

The job of antibiotics is to attack bacteria and viruses so that they die. Medicines containing antibiotics must be prescribed by a doctor. You should not self-medicate, since this or that antibiotic affects a specific group of pathogens. It needs to be precisely defined. Antibiotics also have side effects.

Exposure to antibiotics for cystitis does not cause problems for most women. Most of the side effects when using ointments occur rarely. But this does not cancel the mandatory visit to the doctor.

Below we discuss the features of treating cystitis with popular ointments.

The frequency of daily intake is from 1 to 3 times, depending on the diagnosis, location and severity of the ongoing inflammatory process. The course of treatment is selected individually. The average duration of gel therapy varies from 2 to 3 months. In the case of radiation exposure, the use of Tizol is indicated immediately before the start of the procedure and 12 hours after completion of the session.

Instructions for use (Method and dosage)

According to the instructions, the gel is applied to the skin or damaged mucous membranes. You can apply up to three times a day, the duration of use depends on the severity and type of pathology. The course can last up to three months. To protect the skin during a radiation therapy session, the gel is applied in a thin layer to the area that will be irradiated.

For rheumatoid arthritis, a combination of Tizol with Diclofenac and Hydrocortisone is used. Tizol with Lidaza is used to treat synechiae.

Tizol with aminophylline for infants is used for hypoxia, and also instead of electrophoresis. This ointment does not cause any discomfort to the child.

Cases of drug overdose have not been registered.

Lidaza injections are prescribed for the treatment of scar lesions:

  • Subcutaneously - by injection under scar tissue;
  • Intramuscularly - by injection into the area that borders the site of the lesion.

As a rule, Lidaza injections are prescribed in a dosage of 1 ml daily or every other day. The course of treatment includes from 10 to 20 injections.

Lidaza injections (subcutaneous) are also prescribed for the treatment of peripheral nerves and traumatic lesions of the nerve plexuses. The medication is administered into the area of the affected nerve in an amount of 1 ml every other day. The course of treatment includes 12-15 injections, which can be repeated if necessary.

In ophthalmology, electrophoresis with Lidase is used, and the drug can be administered subconjunctivally (0.3 ml each) and parabulbarly (0.5 ml each).

In the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis, which is a productive inflammation, Lidaza is usually prescribed as part of complex therapy to increase the concentration of antibacterial drugs in the affected areas. The medicine is prescribed:

  • In the form of injections - daily;
  • In the form of inhalations - daily, 5 ml once a day, a course of 20-25 inhalations.

External use of Lidase is effective in the form of bandages that are soaked in a drug solution. To prepare it, an ampoule with the medication is dissolved in 10 ml of water (boiled, not higher than room temperature) or a 0.9% sterile NaCl solution, after which a sterile dressing is moistened (in 4-5 layers). After application to the affected area, it is covered with wax paper and, if necessary, secured with a soft bandage.

To carry out electrophoresis with Lidase 300 IU, the drug should be dissolved in 60 ml of distilled water, add a few drops of 0.1% HCl solution. The procedure time is 20-30 minutes, the course of treatment is 15-20 procedures. Electrophoresis with Lidase can be alternated with an application dosing regimen. The solution prepared for the procedures must be used within 24 hours.

Preparing the mixture

The finished composition, of course, can be ordered, but not every pharmacy makes it. The easiest way is to prepare it yourself. To do this, take one Lidase ampoule and carefully open it to prevent it from getting on the glass. The product is crushed to a free-flowing state, and then “Tizol” is squeezed into it in a dosage of about a pea per 1 tbsp. spoon. All this is mixed until smooth. Transfer the resulting mass into a jar with the remaining Tizoli and mix again. The drug must be left for a day to soak in.

The product is applied to the synechiae with massaging movements with light pressure, 2 times a day - early in the morning and before bedtime. It is recommended to wash yourself throughout the entire treatment period using infusions of medicinal plants, for example, string, chamomile, calendula. We perform movements from front to back and nothing else. Once a week, a product such as Femina Lactacid should be used. If synechiae occurs in a small child, doctors recommend using diapers rather than diapers. They need to be changed regularly, while cleaning the baby's skin.

Use of the drug in cosmetology

The drug lidase is used in cosmetology in the form of injections, as well as externally. Injections with lidase are used to correct negative consequences after cosmetic rejuvenation operations. The use of lidase in cosmetology helps reduce swelling, restore normal lymph flow, and resolve hematomas.

Tizol with lidase: application, reviews

Veronica, 43 years old, Samara “A year ago I had surgery to remove my gallbladder and underwent laparoscopy. During the first days, to avoid adhesions, lidase injections were given into the abdomen. The injection is quite painful, but can be tolerated. They did it once a day, five injections. A year later I went for an ultrasound, there were no adhesions, everything was fine. But after laparoscopy, three puncture scars remained on my stomach. I want to consult a doctor about lidase injections.”

Lyudmila, Novosibirsk “I knew that Lidaza is mainly used in injections, and that there are Longidaza suppositories. To treat a hematoma due to a bruise, the doctor recommended that my mother make compresses based on lidase and dimexide. Since there was no open wound, a 50% solution of dimexide was used; one ampoule of lidase was taken per 30 ml of solution. A compress was applied to the problem area and bandaged with a bandage. Such a compress quickly relieved the swelling, and the hematoma quickly went away.”

Andrey, 39 years old, St. Petersburg “I have been diagnosed with a chronic form of prostatitis. Longidaza suppositories gave good results. I used them according to the scheme: I administered the first 10 suppositories daily (at night), then every other day, also 10 suppositories. As a maintenance therapy, the doctor prescribed suppositories once a week. The entire course of treatment took 3 months.

Is it worth buying this product and using it? The vast majority of reviews about this drug are positive. Only those who experience allergic reactions to Lidaza speak negatively. Therefore, the mixture must be taken with caution. If any negative manifestations occur, you should immediately consult a doctor.

The drug is used very often as a conductor for other therapeutic agents.

Course of treatment and its cost

An individual duration of treatment is selected for each patient, the average course is:

  • for rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis – 10-14 days;
  • for arthritis – 3 weeks;
  • for trauma and radiculitis - 5-10 days.

The first results often appear by the end of the week. If during this time there is no relief of the condition, then a medical examination and treatment adjustment are necessary. In case of severe illness, a rheumatologist or orthopedist can extend therapy for up to 2 months, then a break is required. Repeated and longer courses are possible, but in this case it is important to reconsider the need for the use of drugs every 2 weeks.
