Pharmacological group

According to its pharmacological group, the drug Neurovitan can be considered as a vitamin preparation or dietary supplement. The product has the following effects:

The vitamins present in Neurovitan belong to the group of water-soluble vitamins. The effect of the drug is due to the effects of its constituent compounds.

Component B2 actively influences neuromuscular regulation, influences the conduction of nervous excitation in cholinergic synapses, and is necessary for the production of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Component B6 is required for the normal functioning of the central and peripheral nervous systems. The substance takes part in carbohydrate, lipid and protein metabolism, participates in the synthesis of neurotransmitters (dopamine, norepinephrine, adrenaline, histamine).

Cyanocobalamin has a beneficial effect on the functions of the nervous system and liver, is a growth factor and a stimulator of hematopoiesis. The substance activates blood clotting processes, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. Vitamin PP provides regulation of carbohydrate metabolism.

Neurovitan: vitamins specifically for nerves

Our life is solving problems at work, meetings, calls from clients and communication with colleagues, traffic jams, queues and searching for goods in stores, helping family members, household chores and millions of other things... And all this is certainly associated with overload, anxiety and excitement , grievances and sorrows. And stress.

Stress is a part of our existence. He enters everyone's life with the morning alarm. Day after day, the doors of the subway, buses and trolleybuses open in front of us to sow the next portion of irritation. Finding ourselves on the road behind the wheel of a car, we constantly get stuck in traffic jams and cannot forget about the risk of an accident. Car horns, someone's imbalance, aggressiveness, and bad mood unceremoniously invade the well-being and sense of self of many of us and often affect relationships with colleagues and family members. Television programs, newspapers and magazines also make it difficult to get into a calm mood, bombarding us with frightening messages about economic crises, natural disasters and environmental disasters. Even when going to sleep, experiences, often unpleasant, painful and devastating, torment the memory and weigh heavily on the soul. Where can you find the strength to launch your boat again and again towards the raging sea of life? What can serve as support and help restore performance, improve endurance, and strengthen the immune system?

Stress is the body’s response to extreme conditions that disrupt a person’s emotional calm and balance. You are probably familiar with the expression “all diseases come from nerves”? After all, it is the nervous system that is the first to receive all the negative information entering the body from the environment. Its excessive amount, which causes disturbances in the emotional sphere, can cause a malfunction of the nervous system, which ensures the vital functions of the entire human body. The most important functions of the nervous system are to receive, store and process information, the source of which is the external and internal worlds, that is, the environment and the organism itself. If the nervous system quickly and accurately performs its functions, then all other organs and systems of the body work harmoniously and clearly. This is the key to long life and good health. But if the functions of the nervous system are impaired, then the entire body cannot work normally: diseases arise, the cause of which is extremely difficult to find, because it lies in the unbalanced functioning of the nervous system.

Our story could have ended on this sad note if there had not been a remedy that strengthens and nourishes the nervous system, allowing it to work harmoniously and clearly. We are talking about the drug NEUROVITAN® - a modern complex of B vitamins, presented in Ukraine.

The composition of the drug Neurovitan® includes:

vitamin B1 (octothiamine) 25 mg

vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 2.5 mg

vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 40 mg

vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 250 mcg

Octothiamine (a derivative of vitamin B1 and a-lipoic acid) takes an active part in the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats and is necessary for the synthesis of nucleic acids. Potentiates the effect of acetylcholine, which is involved in the transmission of nerve impulses. Strengthens tissue respiration, improves oxygen supply to skin cells. Riboflavin (vitamin B2) is involved in tissue respiration and ATP synthesis, the synthesis of higher fatty acids and other processes of energy supply to the cell. Performs antioxidant functions, helps increase the level of hemoglobin and red blood cells. Improves eye function, promoting improved color perception and dark adaptation. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) is necessary for the metabolism of amino acids, fats and carbohydrates, as well as for the synthesis of serotonin and histamine. Participates in the breakdown of cholesterol, synthesis and nutrition of the myelin sheath of the peripheral nerve and axon. Vitamin B6 deficiency leads to the development of neuromuscular dystrophy and seizures. Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) is involved in protein, fat and carbohydrate metabolism. Helps reduce cholesterol levels in the blood and remove it from the body. By stimulating protein synthesis, it normalizes the processes of growth and development. Regulates hematopoietic processes. By increasing the phagocytic activity of leukocytes and activating the activity of the reticuloendothelial system, it enhances the body’s immunological defense.

Octothiamine is a fat-soluble compound with higher bioavailability and prolonged action compared to water-soluble thiamine salts (bromide, nitrate, chloride). It is well absorbed in the intestine, penetrating through lipophilic cell membranes in proportion to the dose taken, and reaches high intracellular concentrations in all tissues of the human body (especially in the cells of the nervous tissue). Particular attention should be paid to the presence of vitamin B2 in NEUROVITAN® , which is absent in many other vitamin complexes. The fact is that the processes of metabolism and physiological (pharmacotherapeutic) action of B vitamins are interconnected, and vitamin B2, for example, is necessary for the conversion of pyridoxine and pyridoxamine phosphates (vitamin B6) into coenzyme pyridoxal 5-phosphate (McCormick DB, 1989). The developers of the drug NEUROVITAN® made sure that its components do not interact with each other, thereby eliminating reactions that are undesirable for the patient’s body.

In terms of therapeutic effectiveness, NEUROVITAN® is not only not inferior to injection forms of B vitamins, but surpasses them in the speed of onset of clinical effect (Fadeenko G.D. et al., 2001; Voloshina N.P. et al., 2003; Kravchun N.A. et al., 2004; Kutasevich Ya.F. et al., 2005).

Thus, NEUROVITAN® is an effective complex of B vitamins in high doses and a-lipoic acid for enteral use, which has advantages over traditional parenteral administration of these substances, is well tolerated, has a wide range of indications for use, and is especially recommended for inclusion in therapeutic regimens. activities in neurological patients (Voloshina N.P. et al., 2003; Treatment of diabetic polyneuropathy and other dystrophic-degenerative and inflammatory diseases of the peripheral nervous system with metabolic drugs. Methodological recommendations, 2004). Thanks to the rational combination of composition , which complement each other, a more pronounced therapeutic effect is noted. Long-term use of NEUROVITAN leads to normalization of nervous and muscle disorders, elimination of deficiency of B vitamins (Kravchun N.A. et al., 2004; Volosovets A.P. et al., 2005). By taking NEUROVITAN® 1 tablet per day for 30 days, your patients will be able to easily cope with stress and get rid of anxiety and depression. Thanks to the drug, you can overcome fatigue and irritability, help improve memory and mental performance. NEUROVITAN® is an effective protection against the effects of stress. NEUROVITAN® are vitamins specifically for nerves.

Noteworthy is the fact that, according to the analytical market research system "Pharmstandard", the sales volume of the drug NEUROVITAN® in the pharmacy chain of Ukraine in the first half of 2006 compared to the first half of 2005 increased by 74 and 78% in natural terms and in monetary terms, respectively. This rate of sales growth indicates a competent marketing policy and the demand for the drug among the general population of our country. o
